Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, product, service, or digital content owned by AI Alchemy Digital™ (operated by Precious Davis, CPDP), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our websites or purchase our products. Your continued use of our services following any posted updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our Products & Services

AI Alchemy Digital™ offers digital products, diagnostic tools, coaching programs, and business systems under the Consistent Revenue System™ framework. Our current offer ladder includes:

• Revenue Leak Identifier — Free diagnostic tool
• Revenue Gap Closer™ — $1 micro-diagnostic app
• Revenue Foundation Blueprint™ App — $27 interactive diagnostic and roadmap
• CRS Core Install — $997 / $1,197 guided system installation program
• CRS PRO + Full System Build — $2,997–$4,997 advanced build program
• Clone My System™ — $9,997 IP transfer partnership (by application only)

All products are digital and delivered electronically. Access is granted immediately upon successful payment processing. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue products with reasonable notice.

Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the listed amount to your payment method.

• Payment plans, where available, are binding agreements. Missed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is resolved.
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
• All sales of digital products are considered final unless covered by our 1-Hour Fix Guarantee™ (see Section 04).
• In the event of a dispute, contact us at Precious@aialchemydigital.com before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action.

Refund & Guarantee Policy

All digital product sales are final. Because our products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases.

1-Hour Fix Guarantee™ — Revenue Gap Closer™ ($1)

If you purchase the Revenue Gap Closer™ and cannot identify your gap and execute your fix within one hour of completing the app, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will work with you directly to ensure you receive the value promised. This guarantee does not apply to purchases where the diagnostic was completed and the fix was provided but not executed.

Program-Level Satisfaction Policy — CRS Core Install ($997+)

For higher-tier programs, if you complete all assigned work within the first 14 days and do not receive value from the program, contact us at Precious@aialchemydigital.com. We will review your situation and determine the appropriate resolution. We stand behind our work.

Intellectual Property

All content created and distributed by AI Alchemy Digital™ — including but not limited to the Consistent Revenue System™ framework, diagnostic tools, course content, email sequences, brand names, logos, copy, graphics, and AI-generated music — is the exclusive intellectual property of Precious Davis / AI Alchemy Digital™.

When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own business. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any of our content without written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or share paid products with others
• Use our frameworks, names, or systems to create competing products
• Screen-record, screenshot, or republish course or program content
• Claim our systems, tools, or frameworks as your own creation

The Clone My System™ program at $9,997 includes a separate IP licensing agreement specific to that engagement. That agreement governs what you may replicate within your business.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our websites, tools, or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our team
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or databases
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from our sites without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with AI Alchemy Digital™
• Use our tools in any way that violates the rights of others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to our products and services without refund.

Results Disclaimer

The Consistent Revenue System™ and all associated products are designed to provide structural frameworks and diagnostic tools for business improvement. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, income levels, or outcomes.

Your results will depend on many factors including — but not limited to — your industry, existing business infrastructure, execution speed, market conditions, and effort applied. Any income examples shared in our marketing represent exceptional outcomes and are not typical.

We are not financial advisors, attorneys, or accountants. Nothing in our programs constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for those needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Alchemy Digital™ and Precious Davis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our products, services, or websites.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Email & Communication Consent

By providing your email address through any of our opt-in forms, lead magnets, or purchase flows, you consent to receive email communications from AI Alchemy Digital™. These may include product delivery, educational content, and promotional offers.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. Transactional emails (purchase confirmations, access instructions) are not affected by marketing opt-outs and will continue as needed.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and GDPR where applicable. We do not send spam and we honor all unsubscribe requests promptly.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cumberland County, North Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By using our services, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against AI Alchemy Digital™.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If you have an active program enrollment at the time of a material change, the terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern your enrollment unless you choose to accept the updated terms.
